Here at OnePlan we would love to be perfect. However we do live in the real world and are aware that as a software company we will sometimes have some bugs present.
If as the user you come across a bug, or something that you don't think is quite right please do let us know so we can get it fixed as soon as possible.
The best thing to do is to file a ticket here. You must be signed up to our customer portal to be able to access this feature, so make sure you get signed up ASAP!
