Presentation Export for your event plans

Export your event plans into high-resolution outputs

After clicking on ‘Export / Print’ button on the top panel, you will see a pop-up window about 4k high resolution screenshot, suggesting 2 options:
  • Make a presentation (to add a new slide to the existing one or to create new);
  • Request export of this screenshot only;
  • On the Storyboard panel,  you can delete and rename storyboards and delete slides.
  • After creating a storyboard, you can click on the export icon on the right to request export in PDF.
  • After clicking a pop-up window appears to confirm that PDF will be generated.
  • Once you have finished the current export flow and clicked “Ok”, the progress icon will be displayed above the pdf icon.
By clicking on the progress icon, a queue opens showing a list of all the requested presentations with the status (e.g. ‘In progress’ or a time when the processing has been completed).

Only ‘storyboards’ are included in this queue (single screenshots are processed faster and without adding to the status queue).

When the request is processed, the email with PDF is sent to your email, and a link ‘Download’ appears allowing the user to download the PDF file to their computer.

You will receive an email with the links to download images and a PDF file with screenshots and all export details.

The PDF file consists of a front page and screenshots with key pages. A front page shows the event name, the storyboard name, the event location, the export date and time and your email address.

Next pages show screenshots (the same exact part of the map which the user sees on the screen) with their view names from the user’s storyboard.

These screenshot pages have a scale to understand the land size, and the compass icon to see in which direction it is if the map has been rotated before exporting.

On those pages are also mentioned event name, storyboard name and event location.

Key page is included for each screenshot. It’s a list of objects placed on the part of the map which is shown on the screenshot.

  • This list contains only the objects shown on the screenshot (not all the objects placed in the event).
  • If the event has floorplans, the key page lists only the objects shown on the selected floorplan.
  • The objects are listed in alphabetical order.
  • If the objects are renamed, they will be listed with the new names.
  • If the objects have labels, they are pulled through with the objects (e.g. ‘Manager – N-consulting’).
  • The objects with the exact same object name or the same object name & label are shown on the list just once with the quantity in brackets. (e.g. ‘Manager – N-consulting (3)’).
  • The object icons on the key page look as close as possible to what the user sees in the screenshot:
  • Fixed figures are shown with the same icons as on the map and in the Studio menu
  • Polylines are shown as lines of corresponding color
  • Polygons are shown as triangles of corresponding color
  • The list of objects on the key page can be copied as text
